So what does a nurse advocate or care manager do?

I consult and support management of your healthcare needs. My specialty is educating and partnering when a life changing event occurs. I assist with navigating the healthcare system while taking into consideration one’s specific condition, situation and finances (the whole picture). A multitude of unexpected and dynamic factors come into play and that can be overwhelming. That’s where my experience and expertise comes in.

Do you accept payment plans?

Dependent on the cost, type and length of service. I accept automated payment plans.

How do we communicate?

Phone, video chat, IM (within the platform) or in person (Georgia metro area). It depends on our schedules, convenience or service.
