Gratitude

There’s a lot of talk about gratitude nowadays.
Starting your day with…, a journal of…, a mindset.

Woo-woo to some, but I get it.

It becomes a mindset, creates a shift, changes our perspective.

For whatever reason; your personality, the day, a funky relationship, stuck in the muck... we may have tendencies to focus on the “negative”.

We. Have. Choices!
I believe that 100%

Here are some of my gratitude choices...

  • Grateful that my aunt survived the train wreck of hospitalizations. That was crazy! and I will soon share that experience to help others.

  • Grateful that our home will be filled with family on Thanksgiving Day even though the prep is intense.

  • Grateful that 2 sons are thriving in amazing ways but will be missed over the holidays but I get to bond  with my stepchildren.

You get the gist. We could choose to be weighed down or to flourish and shift to an abundance mindset.

“Gratitude pauses“ cultivate an appreciation of our now, that we often overlook in the whirlwind of our daily routines.

Choose gratitude because…
