Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins.
Instead of creating lists of restrictions, I coach my clients to learn to listen
to their body in finding the healthiest foods for them. Nurturing foods
and lifestyles create balance, wellness, and a sense of
wellbeing in ways that are flexible, fun and free of denial and rigid
discipline.
No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you in finding the food
and lifestyle choices that best support you. My goal is to help you make
gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future
health goals.
